About Aya
My path into Internal Family Systems (IFS) grew out of more than 13 years of Vipassanā (Insight) meditation and community practice. Through this work, I came to deeply appreciate the healing that becomes possible when inner experience is met with curiosity, patience, and compassion rather than pressure or judgment.
Alongside my professional training, I have engaged in extensive personal IFS work over the years, including the unburdening of parts connected to people-pleasing, anxiety, attachment patterns, procrastination, and self-sabotage. This lived experience allows me to meet clients not only with conceptual understanding, but with a grounded, experiential sense of the inner landscape.
My work centers on recognizing and naming subtle inner dynamics, supporting clarity and allowing meaningful shifts to unfold with greater ease.
